September brings about a call for volunteers! We are asking members to take a few minutes to read the list below and consider where you can help. The days are Friday, October 17 and Saturday, October 18. After you have signed up. The committee chair will e-mail/call you to let you know the time you are scheduled.
ADMISSIONS Sit and greet arrivals while taking/selling tickets, handing out programs etc. on Friday and Saturday.
SET-UP – QUILT HANGING Members and spouses who can climb ladders/step stools are needed to hang quilts. Posters etc. on Friday morning.
TAKE DOWN QUILTS At the end of the Quilt Show on Saturday, members/spouses who are able to climb ladders/step stools are needed to take down quilts, bag them and return them to the check- out table.
BOUTIQUE Sit and sell boutique items Friday and Saturday.
OPPORTUNITY BASKETS Sit/stand and sell tickets on Friday and Saturday.
OPPORTUNITY QUILT Sit and sell tickets on Friday and Saturday.
WHITE GLOVE Patrol quilt area and answer questions Friday and Saturday.
Clip boards will be passed around during the Guilt meeting this month.
